彩色瀝青路面施工認(rèn)為彩色瀝青混凝土路面是一種新興的道路路面,因其性能和外觀上的優(yōu)勢受到越來越多重視和關(guān)注,并在我國很多城市得到應(yīng)用,在這方面的探討我國開始于80年代初,但收效甚微,且在城市道路上應(yīng)用尚少,近幾年,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展,彩色瀝青混凝土路面作為一種新型道路路面,為營造交通的時(shí)代氣息,在我國也得到了越來越多的應(yīng)用,引起了人們的興趣和關(guān)注,被全球工程界視為“新型綠色建材” 目前我公司彩色瀝青混凝土路面已成功在本市湖濱大道路面進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)鋪筑,效果頗佳,深受世人好評?,F(xiàn)就對彩色瀝青混凝土路面原材料選擇、配合比設(shè)計(jì)、施工技術(shù)及注意事項(xiàng)進(jìn)行總結(jié)和闡述,為以后彩色瀝青混凝土路面施工積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

This paper summarizes and expounds the selection of raw materials, proportioning design, construction technology and matters needing attention for color asphalt concrete pavement, so as to accumulate experience for future color asphalt pavement construction.
1、原材料 (1)結(jié)合料:彩色瀝青結(jié)合料應(yīng)滿足AH-70瀝青基本指標(biāo),由于淺色結(jié)合料中不含瀝青質(zhì),與瀝青同樣標(biāo)號的淺色結(jié)合料實(shí)際黏度仍然要低一點(diǎn),所以在選擇淺色結(jié)合料時(shí)應(yīng)提高結(jié)合料的一個(gè)等級。 (2)集料:配置集料應(yīng)表面清潔、粗糙而富有棱角,質(zhì)地堅(jiān)硬、顆粒近似立方體軋制碎石,其色彩最好與配置混合料接近,不能使用黑色或深灰色碎石料;紅色瀝青路面可選擇石灰?guī)r、花崗巖、安山巖,技術(shù)要求應(yīng)滿足現(xiàn)行規(guī)范的有關(guān)規(guī)定。 (3)顏料:鋪筑紅色瀝青路面經(jīng)常使用氧化鐵紅顏料,國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《氧化鐵紅顏料技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》如下: 用于彩色瀝青路面的鐵紅顏料,其主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)為色相和粒度,其次為著色力和遮蓋力、分散性和穩(wěn)定性。研究認(rèn)為:色相(包括顏料表現(xiàn)色和瀝青混合料呈現(xiàn)色)與顏料粒子大小和形狀有關(guān)。

2、彩色瀝青混凝土路面配合比設(shè)計(jì) (1)彩色瀝青混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì)可采用馬歇爾方法,根據(jù)體積參數(shù)確定最佳油石比,和普通瀝青混凝土配合比設(shè)計(jì)基本相同,其關(guān)鍵在于確定顏料用量,顏料用量可根據(jù)試驗(yàn)確定,以所拌和的混合料肉眼觀察具有足夠的光亮度和鮮艷的色彩為度。 (2)顏料用量一般取1.5%-3%,不宜過多,顏色太深,不但使混合料表面過暗而影響色彩,而且還增加成本。 (3)瀝青用量為5%-6.5%

3、貴州彩色瀝青淺談彩色瀝青混凝土路面施工技術(shù)及注意事項(xiàng) (1)清洗拌缸:防止彩色瀝青混合料收到污染。 (2)設(shè)置淺色結(jié)合料輸送管線:防止原瀝青輸送管線中殘留瀝青的污染。 (3)顏料人工投入:按顏料比例事先稱好裝入塑料袋中,當(dāng)集料進(jìn)入拌缸立即投入顏料。 (4)控制溫度:彩色瀝青混合料對溫度比較敏感,過高的溫度容易造成無色、瀝青老化,過低的溫度造成壓實(shí)困難,故應(yīng)嚴(yán)格控制彩色瀝青各階段的施工溫度,確保施工質(zhì)量。加熱溫度根據(jù)瀝青結(jié)合料的黏溫特性做試驗(yàn)確定,一般結(jié)合料加熱溫度150℃-160℃,石料加熱溫度為160℃-170℃,出料溫度為145℃-155℃,在生產(chǎn)過程中嚴(yán)格控制加熱溫度,并不可隨意改變拌和時(shí)間,以免造成不同批次成產(chǎn)的彩色瀝青混合料顏色的明顯差異。 (5)控制拌和時(shí)間:每盤拌和時(shí)間較一般瀝青混合料延長10-15s,以保證顏料分散均勻。具體拌合時(shí)間為:干拌時(shí)間不小于10s,噴入結(jié)合料,加入礦粉后攪拌不少于45S,即總拌合時(shí)間不小于55S,經(jīng)拌和的彩色瀝青混合料必須顆粒均勻、色澤一致,集料所有顆粒都將被結(jié)合料所覆蓋,不得帶有白斑點(diǎn)、離析、結(jié)塊或成團(tuán)、粗細(xì)分離以及色彩明顯差異等現(xiàn)象。 (6)攤鋪碾壓:在攤鋪前將攤鋪機(jī)熨平板,螺旋器、收料斗等用溶劑擦洗,并用熱白料干攪,以徹底清理殘留的黑色瀝青。鐵揪、刮板在使用前用食用油與水配置的液體浸泡,以減少對彩色瀝青混合料的黏附,在攤鋪過程中如發(fā)現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重污染、離析、色彩明顯差異的混合料予以清除,攤鋪溫度控制在140℃以上,攤鋪系數(shù)為1.15-1.25,由于彩色瀝青混合料散熱較快,因此攤鋪后應(yīng)立即碾壓,碾壓前將壓路機(jī)光輪擦洗干凈,初壓溫度控制在130℃以上,靜壓一遍以固定路緣邊線,如發(fā)現(xiàn)不平整、粗細(xì)離析嚴(yán)重立即修補(bǔ),復(fù)壓仍采用靜壓方式,碾壓3-4遍,終壓以消除輪跡線為度,終壓溫度控制在80℃以上,對于緊靠路緣石處的彩色瀝青路面采用手推式振動(dòng)碾進(jìn)行碾壓,在碾壓過程中控制好速度,避免緊急制動(dòng),注意壓路機(jī)灑水
